Writer's Block: Hey, big spender

Well... Duh!
I can't say how much because, to be honest, I don't have a lot of accurate data on how much is spent on each level [local, districts, state, etc]. But the ridiculous amounts that each candidate raises and spends in their area could certainly be funneled back into their locations to help provide for their constituents. Funds for walk-in medical clinics, food banks, emergency funding for utilities for the poor, help for the homeless and the list goes on and on.
Rather than spending all their time spending other people's monies [usually coming from folks who have never wondered where their next meal may be coming from, BTW] on saying what they would do if elected, spend that money actually doing it.
Radical idea, I know..
