Officer Timothy Q. Brenton
Seattle Police Department, WA
Date of Incident: Saturday, October 31, 2009
Date of Death: Saturday, October 31, 2009[died at scene]
Cause of Death: Gunfire
A planned drive-by shooting.
Training Officer Brenton and Officer Britt Sweeney were going over paperwork in their parked vehicle. Officer Sweeney was wounded, treated and later released from the hospital.

Deputy Sheriff Kent Mundell

Date of Death: Monday, December 28, 2009 [taken off life support]
Cause of Death: Gunfire
A planned shooting secondary to a domestic violence call to his own home and done in front of his family. He and his partner, Sgt. Nick Hausner, responded to a DV call. Sgt, Hausner was wounded, treated and later released from the hospital.

We publicly remember our military, standing between the Barbarians at the Gate and their loved ones at home. Now I ask you to please take a moment to silently reflect on those who do the duty a bit closer to home - especially these six men and women who's families received the 'knock on the door' and were told their loved one wouldn't be coming home.

This pretty much applies only to those folks in the SCA, but one never knows.

If anyone out there has any photos of Cairbre/Jeff, could they consider scanning them and mailing them to me? We lost so many things in the house fire years ago and our photos were pretty much a 100% loss. Also, if you could ask your friends and have them ask their friends? I could really use some good memories right now.
